Do Not Overuse Social Media

It is no secret that Gen-Z is a cell phone addict. And no matter what you tell this lazy generation, you can not convince them to quit overusing cell phones. So, will we leave the problem as it is? Of course, not. Parents need to be proactive in teaching their kids the correct usage of cell phones.

Scientifically, no one should use it at least one hour prior to going to bed. This will enable them to take quality full-night sleep. Similarly, as you wake up, do not pick up your phone. Instead, develop a routine of washing your hands, brushing your teeth, or doing yoga. The idea is not to pick up your phone the first thing after you wake up.

In turn, you will be all set to kick off your day with vigor.

Keep A Glass of Water On Your Side Table

Drinking water at night helps in taking proper rest. It will help you in avoiding dehydration. In turn, you will take quality slumber - which is essential for your overall well-being.
